1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the services provided by JW LEGAL CONSULTANTS L.L.C. (“Just Wills”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the services.
2. Services
JW LEGAL CONSULTANTS L.L.C., registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is an independent will drafting company serving residents and non-residents of the UAE. Requesting a free consultation through this website carries no obligation, and no payment is taken in the consultation session.
3. Payment and invoicing
If you choose to proceed after your consultation, fees are agreed in advance as a fixed quote and set out in the service agreement. Invoices are issued based on the services provided and are subject to the payment terms specified in the agreement. Court registration fees are set by the relevant court and are payable in addition to Just Wills' fee.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation policies are outlined in the service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Just Wills respects the privacy of its clients. Any information shared during the provision of services will be treated with confidentiality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content and materials provided by JW LEGAL CONSULTANTS L.L.C. remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
JW LEGAL CONSULTANTS L.L.C. is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of this website. Use of the services is governed by the service agreement entered into with the client.
8. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
9. Changes to terms
JW LEGAL CONSULTANTS L.L.C. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
